What We Do
We install ductless mini-split heat pump systems in older Twin Cities homes. That's it. No furnace repairs, no duct cleaning, no commercial work — just ductless, done right.
Single-Zone Installation One indoor unit, one outdoor unit. The most common setup — ideal for adding comfort to a single room, a three-season porch, a garage, or a finished basement. Most single-zone installs are completed in one day.
Multi-Zone Installation One outdoor unit connected to two or more indoor units. The right choice when you want to condition multiple rooms without multiple outdoor units. Common in larger older homes where window units are scattered across several bedrooms.
The Homes We Work In
We specialize in older construction — homes built before 1970 with boiler/radiant heat and no existing ductwork. That means:
Plaster walls and lathe
Brick and stucco exteriors
Tight attic spaces and unfinished basements
Older electrical that needs to be accounted for
This type of construction requires experience. We know where to run lines, how to core through brick cleanly, and how to make the finished install look like it belongs in the home.
The Brands We Install
We work with the top cold-climate ductless brands — systems engineered to perform in Minnesota winters:
Mitsubishi Hyper Heat — industry benchmark for cold-climate performance
Daikin Aurora — reliable, efficient, strong dealer support
Fujitsu XLTH — excellent cold-weather output, competitive pricing
All three maintain meaningful heating capacity well below 0°F. We'll recommend the right brand and model for your home and budget during your consultation.
